ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the GlutenFreeTees.com web site in any way, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, do not access or use this Site. Gluten Free Tees may change the Terms of Service and other guidelines and rules posted on the Site from time to time at its sole discretion. Your continued access or use of the Site, or any Materials or Services, constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

THE SITE

Gluten Free Tees makes this Web site (the “Site”), and the Materials and Services contained herein, available for your access and use subject to the Terms of Service. “Materials” means all information, data, documents (e.g. product briefs, white papers, press releases, etc.), communications, downloads, files, text, images, photographs, graphics, videos, webcasts, publications, content, tools, resources, software, code, programs and products made available or enabled via the Site. “Services” means all services and resources offered or enabled via the Site by Gluten Free Tees and users of this Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gluten Free Tees and its officers, employees, investors, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your access to or use of the Site, Services or Materials (b) any content that you may submit, post to or transmit through the Site; (c) your violation of the Terms of Use; (d) your violation of any rights of any third party; (e) your access to or use of Linked Sites.

GENERAL

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Gluten Free Tees and you with respect to your access to or use of the Site, Materials and Services superseding any prior agreements between you and Gluten Free Tees. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms of Service, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms of Service shall continue in full force and effect. All matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Pennsylvania and the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Butler County and the United States District Court.
